Beach Retreats offers a collection of unique, independent properties in Ocracoke Island, Nags Head, and Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. The properties range from inns and B&Bs to villas, beach bungalows and motels. Each property is highly individual and enables guests to experience each destination on their own terms.
Each Beach Retreats location has a designated innkeeper or site manager, who will be your on-site contact ensuring your vacation is relaxing and memorable. While our office hours vary by location and time of year, all properties also provide an emergency contact number for any after-hours needs.

The Tar Heel Motel (Nags Head), See Sea (Kill Devil Hills), and Anchorage Inn (Ocracoke Island) are happy to welcome your family dog! Select pet-friendly rooms are available for an additional $25 per night. When reserving your room please mention if you are traveling with a pet, or note it when checking out online so we can assign you to one of our pet-friendly rooms.
Villas, Apartments, and Suites
Looking for a little more room? Consider one of our Villas on Ocracoke, or one of our one and two-bedroom apartments available at the See Sea (Kill Devil Hills, NC), and the Tar Heel (Nags Head). Suites are offered at The Castle B&B, the Anchorage Inn (Ocracoke, NC) and First Colony Inn (Nags Head, NC) or one of our one and two-bedroom apartments available at the See Sea (Kill Devil Hills, NC), the Bluff Shoal (Ocracoke, NC) and the Tar Heel (Nags Head).
