Check-Out:

All locations have a check out time of 11:00 am

 

Payment Information:

Your credit card will be charged one night’s rent plus applicable taxes to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged (30) thirty days before arrival for Castle Courtyard Villa guests, and (14) fourteen days before arrival for all other guests.

 

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your reservation for one of our hotels, you will receive a full refund if canceled more than fourteen (14) days before your scheduled arrival. If the cancellation is made fourteen days or less prior to arrival, or if you do not arrive as scheduled, no refund will be issued.

* If staying in the Courtyard Villas and you need to cancel your reservation you will receive a full refund if you do so more than thirty days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel thirty days or less prior to arrival, or if you do not arrive as scheduled, no refund will be issued. 

Travel insurance is highly recommended. 

 

Pool Information:

Pools are available at each location, from May – October, please check with the property for specific open and closing dates.  Pools close at dusk, daily. Please know for your safety pools are not available for use during inclement weather.

 

WiFi:

All locations provide complimentary wifi access. Details for use will be provided to you in your arrival email (sent the night before you check-in).

 

Smoke-Free Environment:

All locations maintain a smoke-free environment. Guests are asked to smoke only on designated grounds and to properly dispose of cigarette butts. Smoking and vaping in rooms is strictly prohibited. A cleaning charge of $200 will be assessed if there has been smoking in a guest room.

 

Travel insurance:

We have partnered with Red Sky Travel Insurance to provide Sun Trip Preserver® coverage for our guests. The optional coverage provides trip insurance, emergency assistance, and travel services in case of hurricane evacuations and family emergencies such as illness or death in the family. We strongly urge you to consider this insurance when planning your vacation! Adding Sun Trip Preserver® to your reservation covers trip cancellation or interruption due to:

~ A named hurricane or other natural disasters
~ Uninhabitability of the destination vacation home caused by a natural disaster
~ Uninhabitability of your primary residence or your traveling companion’s primary residence caused by natural disaster
~ Sickness, injury or death of you, a family member or traveling companion
