Payment information

Your credit card will be charged one night’s rent plus applicable taxes at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged fourteen days prior to arrival, unless other arrangements are made.

Minimum Age to Register: 21 

Check In / Check Out

Check in is any time after 3pm. Check out time is 11am. When possible, we will make every effort to accommodate early check ins or late check outs, but these cannot be guaranteed.

Smoking

The See Sea Motel is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and butts must be properly disposed of.

Smoking or vaping inside rooms is strictly prohibited and subject to an immediate $200 charge.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your reservation for one of our hotels, you will receive a full refund if canceled more than fourteen (14) days before your scheduled arrival. If the cancellation is made fourteen days or less prior to arrival, or if you do not arrive as scheduled, no refund will be issued.

 * If staying in the Courtyard Villas and you need to cancel your reservation you will receive a full refund if you do so more than thirty days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel thirty days or less prior to arrival, or if you do not arrive as scheduled, no refund will be issued.
